Project Introduction

The Rice Regulome Atlas is a comprehensive resource for exploring regulatory elements in the rice genome. This project integrates multi-omics data to map chromatin accessibility, transcription factor binding sites, histone modifications, and gene expression across diverse rice varieties and tissues.
